I went to a Verizon store and the associate looked up my account and completed the claim in minutes. The only problem was getting the new phone. I couldn't be here to sign for it. I actually had ro take a day off from work to go to the UPS place and get it.

Oct 22, 2016Everything went smoothly I received my device well before the estimated time frame. I was told that my deductible was $99 during my phone conversation when I lost my device but I was charged $149. I am just glad to have a phone again and only in a few days. The insurance is worth it. Without this plan my lost phone would have cost me $600 at the store to replace.
